Harbour Heights Civic building maintenance
	The Harbour Heights civic building has some major maintenance items. With all the rain, the septic field for the civic building showed it's age. The civic association is currently working hard to raise the funds needed to repair the drain field. Donations are being accepted. There are a number of fund raising activities being planned.
B-17 Ride
	A ride on a B-17 is being raffled off. The chance to ride this historic airplane cost $10 per ticket.
Melaleuca  Mulch
	The melaleuca tree was originally brought over from Australia to dry up swap land for development. It did it's job very well. Now it is a pest that is endangering the Everglades. Growing and reproducing at a phenomenal rate, with no natural enemy. The state is spending millions to control this pest. Private industry is getting into the act; cutting down this unwanted tree and grinding it into a excellent landscape mulch. The Harbour Heights Civic association will be ordering truck loads of this superior landscape mulch as part of the effort to raise funds to perform the needed building maintenance.
